… because Jay-Z is not the first rapper to rap about miscarriage (neither is Supa, its just the first to pop in my head) and he is not the first rapper to have a baby but he is the first rapper to announce a pregnancy by having his wife rub her belly under perfect lighting with windswept hair at an MTV awards show.
